We’re looking for a dynamic leader to act as the vital link between our Executive Committee, central teams, and retail estate—ensuring fulfilment excellence is achieved at every level. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence strategy, shape systems and processes, and spend significant time in stores to embed best practice and drive operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment Strategy & Leadership
* Lead the end-to-end digital fulfilment agenda across all channels.
* Influence senior stakeholders (up to CEO level) and engage store teams to drive fulfilment accuracy.
* Align fulfilment operations with the wider business strategy.
* Represent fulfilment performance at senior forums.
Performance Management & Insight
* Own KPI measurement and improvement, maintaining unfulfilled orders below target thresholds.
* Deliver actionable insights through clear reporting and dashboards.
* Build a culture of accountability across all levels of the business.
Operational Excellence & Store Engagement
* Spend 2–3 days per week in stores, embedding best practice and driving operational ownership.
* Champion stock integrity and customer-focused fulfilment behaviours.
* Lead workshops and forums to ensure consistency and local engagement.
Systems & Process Development
* Partner with IT, Supply Chain, and Operations to enhance fulfilment systems.
* Drive simplification, automation, and optimisation of fulfilment processes.
* Ensure new systems reflect real-world operational needs.
Innovation & Future Growth
* Shape the future fulfilment model to meet evolving customer expectations.
* Lead initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability.
* Ensure new propositions are both commercially and operationally viable.
About You
Essential Experience & Skills
* Senior-level experience in retail operations, fulfilment, or stock management.
* Proven ability to influence across all levels—from shop floor to Executive Committee.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Deep understanding of stock processes and fulfilment systems.
* Advanced analytical skills (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
* Experience with Click & Collect or last-mile fulfilment at scale.
* Background in multi-site retail leadership and digital transformation.
* Familiarity with WMS, OMS, or ERP systems.
* Experience leading change programmes.

Position: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm
Location: Hybrid—two to three days in the central office, two to three days in stores to embed best practice and ensure fulfilment excellence. National travel required.
