Digital Trading Executive, join one of the UK’s fastest-growing privately owned retailers, as a Digital Trading Executive at their Plymouth Head Office. With over 200 stores nationwide and a spot on the Sunday Times Top Track 100, we’re expanding rapidly and we want you to help shape our digital future.
Role Overview: You’ll lead online trading and merchandising strategy across key product categories, driving sales and conversion through data-led decisions. Collaborating with Buying, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams, you’ll optimise product visibility, enhance the customer journey, and ensure our digital shelves are stocked and performing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own sales KPIs and category performance
Analyse conversion, bounce rates, and engagement
Execute merchandising strategies across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Conduct competitor analysis and trend spotting
Align product sequencing and taxonomy with seasonal demand
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success
What You Bring:
Background in E-Commerce, Marketing, or Sales (preferred)
Strong analytical skills (Excel, GA4, BI tools)
Commercial acumen and target-driven mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skills
