Are you a Building Regulations Manager / Director with experience working on commercial projects, looking for an exciting new opportunity where you'll become apart of the directorship of this rapidly expanding company?
On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be responsible for ensuring project delivery, leadership, well-being of personnel and all business developments. You'll also be assessing building regulation compliance for a range of building types and be at the forefront of company growth.

They provide building control services, ensuring construction projects comply with building regulations.
This role would suit a senior building regulations professional with experience working on commercial projects looking for an autonomous role where you'll get to drive the growth of the business.
The Role:
Lead teams on a range of building regulation projects
Assess the compliance against the Building Regulations
Assess safety and risk for a range of building types
Ensure project delivery, leadership well-being of personnel and business development
Hybrid working
The Person:
Chartered Building Qualification or equivalent
Experience working in Building Regulation Compliance
Experience working on commercial projects
