Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic oversight of regional operations, supporting four senior regional leaders and their teams
· Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence at scale
· Lead on compliance, governance, and local authority relationship management
· Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to refine and implement business strategy
· Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
· Extensive experience in senior operational leadership within home care or supported living (including domiciliary care)
· Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability across dispersed services
· In-depth understanding of compliance frameworks, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement
· Willingness to travel to the South fortnightly and operate effectively across multiple regions
· Proven experience within regulated, publicly funded care environments
Benefits:
