An outstanding independent school in North East London bordering with Essex are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Director of Music. This is a full time and permanent role from September 2026.
The Headmaster is hoping for a dedicated and excellent leader to continue the School's strong musical tradition. They will be a passionate advocate for the value of music in education - both within the classroom and as part of the wider life of the School. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership, vision, creativity and musical excellence, and will be capable of building upon the department’s many successes. As an outstanding classroom practitioner, you will be able to teach Music up to A level and as an accomplished musician will inspire pupils and staff alike.
