Job Title: Director of Nursing – NMC Registered
Location: South London (Office-Based)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9am–5pm
Setting: Complex Homecare – Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities
About the Role
Leaders in Care is partnering with a respected and growing provider of complex homecare services to recruit a Director of Nursing based in South London.
This is an exciting senior opportunity for an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee and lead care delivery across services supporting individuals with:
Physical disabilities (including brain and spinal injuries)
Mental health needs
Learning disabilities
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of national clinical operations, leading a team of Registered Managers and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure consistently high standards of care, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong clinical leadership as Director of Nursing, managing multi-site clinical teams
Maintain robust oversight of care quality, safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Lead on workforce development, training, supervision, and recruitment
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance and care outcomes
Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse
Experience in complex homecare or nurse case management
Clinical background in physical disabilities, mental health, and learning disabilities
Proven leadership of regional or multi-site clinical teams
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of achieving “Good” or above
Salary and Benefits
£80,000 – £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience
10% annual performance bonus
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
