Job Description
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit Disclosure Administrators until end August with a possible extension. Rate of pay £13.81/hour PAYE. These roles will be based onsite. The working hours are 35 hours per week working Monday – Friday.
Candidates must have a basic disclosure Scotland certificate dated within last 3 months or be willing to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with accurate information in a warm and friendly manner which may be by telephone, email and online.
- Process applications for stakeholders.
- Inbox monitoring and management.
- Maintain correct and up-to-date stakeholder information.
- Quickly determine customer needs – working with stakeholders to understand and identify needs.
- Handle sensitive and personal information in line with data protection and confidentiality rules.
- Process and Complete customer applications ensuring accuracy of data entry.
- Work as part of a team to resolve or escalate customer queries and complaints.
- Support your Team Leader and other team members in carrying out daily work activities and when new projects arise.
- Access criminal history databases and interrogate as appropriate in line with current legislation.
- Liaise with external stakeholders confirming relevant application information.
- Support all peer groups taking part in Continuous Improvement activities.
