Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Dispatch Assistant to join their busy operations team on a full-time temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer tracking queries
Liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries and collections
Supporting the dispatch team with labelling and order preparation
Performing general administrative tasks as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
Confidence in speaking with both customers and couriers
Previous experience in a dispatch or administrative role (desirable, not essential)
