Job Description: Dispatch Manager – Wrexham
Salary: £30,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility required between 6:00am – 10:00pm)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing logistics and distribution company based in Wrexham. About the Role
As Dispatch Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth and timely coordination of goods leaving the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring customer delivery expectations are met, and maintaining high standards of service and accuracy across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day dispatch operations
Plan, organise, and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery
Lead and motivate a team of dispatch staff to meet performance targets
Communicate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to coordinate shipments
Maintain accurate dispatch documentation and reports
Ensure all health & safety, quality, and operational policies are adhered toWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a dispatch management or supervisory role
Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Flexibility to work between 6:00am – 10:00pm as required by the business
Willingness to work occasional weekends during peak periodsWhat’s on Offer
