Job Description
Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor – Be the Driving Force Behind a Growing Operation in the sporting and E-Commerce industry.
Location: Hartlebury, Kidderminster (Worcestershire)
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + Performance Bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some weekends/flexible hours may be required) with typical working hours 7:30am - 17:00pm

What You’ll Do:
* Take full ownership of the dispatch function — you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth and efficient outbound operations.

* Champion safety, accuracy, and high standards at all times.

* Proven experience in dispatch or warehouse operations — ideally with some leadership or supervisory exposure.

* Flexible and adaptable — weekend availability or late finishes may occasionally be required.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
