Coventry
Up to £35,000 per annum
8:30am – 17:00pm Mon – Fri

Are you currently working as a Dispatch Supervisor and looking for a new challenge within a well-established manufacturing business?
Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor for an expanding manufacturing business based in Coventry.
Role responsibilities –
For the role of Dispatch Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch team and support the Dispatch Manager.
Monitor and report dispatch department performance statistics.
Provide oversight for carrier scheduling and routing software implementation, including managing any necessary updates to ensure compliance with contract requirements
For the role of Dispatch Supervisor, you will evaluate systems vendors, equipment providers (common carrier phone line providers), or other suppliers to assess potential impact on service level agreements
Maintain optimum use of the department’s system equipment, including replacing or upgrading as appropriate
Establish, monitor, and implement procedures for evaluating performance of employees
Ensure that department personnel adhere to all company policies concerning ethics, legal compliance, safety, customer service and environmental protection standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Role requirements –
For the role of Dispatch Supervisor, you will have experience within a similar environment.
You will have experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading a team is required for the Dispatch Supervisor role.
