Dispatch Supervisor – Skip the Early Mornings! 🚚
Hate rushing out of bed at the crack of dawn? This is the role for you!
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised Dispatch Supervisor to keep a dispatch operation running like clockwork.

✅ 10am starts Monday–Thursday (lie-ins welcome!)
✅ A Friday finish at 5pm to kick off your weekend early

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate your dispatch team to hit daily/weekly targets
*
Make sure vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently
*
Run team briefings and keep everyone on track
*
Liaise with Customer Service and Transport to sort out any hiccups
*
Investigate missing items, resolve customer complaints, and keep our scan system on point
*
Keep the workplace safe, tidy, and compliant
What You’ll Bring:

Great communication skills and a positive, “get it done” attitude

Strong organisation and time management
*
The ability to lead from the front and keep the team motivated
*
A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make decisions
Hours:
*
Mon–Thurs: 10:00–19:00
*
Fri: 08:00–17:00
