The Role
As the Dispensing Optician, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey while using your expertise to provide tailored dispensing solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert dispensing advice on premium frames and lenses
* Styling patients with luxury eyewear suited to their lifestyle and personality
* Taking accurate measurements and ensuring exceptional fitting and comfort
* Recommending lens options and optical solutions based on individual visual requirements
* Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire patient journey
* Carrying out adjustments, repairs and aftercare to the highest standard
* Working closely alongside the Optometrist to provide seamless patient care
* Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the boutique
* Contributing ideas to continually enhance the patient experience and practice performance
About You
We're looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who is passionate about delivering an exceptional level of care and enjoys working within a luxury boutique environment.
You'll ideally have:
* GOC registered Dispensing Optician
* Excellent dispensing knowledge and confidence with premium lens solutions
* A genuine passion for luxury eyewear and boutique customer service
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
* A warm, professional and polished approach
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering the highest standards
* A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to the continued success of the practice
