Job Description
Our Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked client is looking for a NQ – 1 year PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing team, they offer flexible Hybrid working, bonus schemes, health cashback, wellbeing initiatives, career development programmes and length of service awards plus more.

Key responsibilities for the Dispute Resolution Solicitor include:
Managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters efficiently from start to finish
Handling assigned casework promptly and with attention to detail
Ensuring timely recording of all billable hours and overseeing billing and payment processes
Managing routine correspondence, negotiations, and advocacy where appropriate
Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive client service
Analysing legal issues and advising clients on the best course of action
Demonstrating knowledge and experience in property litigation (landlord possession claims, disrepair, tenancy disputes, leasehold issues, service charge disputes, and breaches of lease covenants)
Possessing experience in commercial litigation including contractual claims
Advocacy experience at county court or tribunal is advantageous but not essential
Working with privately paying clients including individuals and small to medium-sized businesses
Showing willingness to engage in business development activities
Maintaining a strong track record of building and sustaining client relationships
Supporting the continued growth and success of the dispute resolution team
