Salary: £38,000+ (DOE)
Simpson Judge have partnered with a Nottingham based law firm who are seeking a technically strong Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their established team. This is an opportunity to be apart of a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for resolving complex commercial disputes with efficiency, clarity, and commercial insight.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with highly experienced litigators on a diverse and challenging caseload, including:
Contractual disputes
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Insolvency litigation
Debt recovery for businesses and individuals
Contentious probate and trust disputesYou'll be given early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop both technically and commercially in a supportive and high-performing environment.
What We're Looking For:
A newly qualified solicitor or above
A seat in commercial litigation or a similar contentious discipline
A confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
Commercially astute, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
