Freelance Disrepair & Litigation Surveyor
12 months Contract
3-5 days per week
Up to £450 per survey
The Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Freelance Disrepair & Litigation Surveyor to represent a Local Authority. This is a 12-month contract role with a consistent pipeline of work.
Key responsibilities include:

Conducting C2–C3 housing disrepair inspections.
*
Preparing Part 35 compliant expert reports.
*
Acting as an expert witness in court where required.
Requirements:
*
Proven litigation and housing disrepair experience (essential).
*
MRICS/FRICS (or equivalent) preferred.
*
Strong report writing and communication skills.
