Disrepair Officer - Hertford Office (SG13 7HH)
📅 Contract until 22/12/2025
💷 Salary: £41,247
🏢 Working Arrangement: 2 days in office
Hays is looking for a proactive Disrepair Officer to manage complex repair cases, including disrepair and environmental health. You'll work closely with contractors and customer services, lead on root cause analysis, attend court when needed, and ensure high standards in contract administration and complaint resolution.
Key Skills:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent communication and customer focus
✔ Confident in managing contractor performance and KPIs
✔ Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Experience in building services or contract admin (desirable)
