KFM Recruitment are excited to be supporting a well-established engineering business who are looking for an experienced Diving Engineering Project Manager to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of challenging civil engineering projects across the UK, leading from enquiry through to successful completion.
The Role:
⦁ Manage the full lifecycle of diving engineering projects
⦁ Plan, resource, and lead project delivery teams
⦁ Produce quotations, budgets, and cost plans
⦁ Prepare project documentation including Diving Project Plans, Method Statements & Risk Assessments
⦁ Ensure compliance, safety, and timely delivery within budget
⦁ Motivate and support project staff, handling challenges professionally
What You’ll Need:
⦁ Strong engineering/project management background (diving civils or related sector desirable)
⦁ Excellent organisational and leadership skills
⦁ Strong communicator, comfortable client-facing
⦁ Based in or willing to relocate to East Yorkshire
