At Talentia Group, we’re scaling with intention — and we're searching for an experienced recruiter to lead the Council & PRG division through its next phase of growth. If you’re a senior recruiter or billing manager with experience in public sector recruitment (local authority, central government, NDPBs, housing, or not-for-profit), this is your opportunity to step up and take ownership.

🧭 The Opportunity: Lead a High-Impact Division
As Divisional Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading and expanding our Council/PRG recruitment offering across the UK
*
Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters (with immediate headcount to grow)
*
Personally billing and winning new business in line with our ethical and purpose-driven values
*
Building a high-performing team culture rooted in delivery, collaboration and impact

You’ll be someone who knows how to win and grow in the public sector — and now you're ready to take it further.

Experienced public sector recruiter, with a track record in local authority, housing, not-for-profit, or regulated markets

Proven biller and team leader — someone who leads by example and knows how to build teams that deliver

Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of scaling a division sustainably
*
Values-led, with a belief in doing recruitment the right way — ethically, transparently, and with long-term impact

Ambitious and proactive — ready to step into a leadership role and build something lasting
