🔧 The Opportunity: Own and Scale a STEM Division
You’ll step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll:
*
Take ownership of an already high-performing Engineering team and lead its evolution into a full-scale STEM division
*
Lead from the front as a billing manager while growing and mentoring a team of high-performing consultants
*
Drive strategic expansion into key verticals such as Energy, Renewables, Construction, FM, and Sustainability
*
Work closely with senior leadership, including our Group Strategy Director and NED (a respected figure in the Energy/Renewables space), using data to guide decision-making and growth
*
Shape the future of a business within a business — with a clear path to a Director-level role and board-level influence

This isn’t a step up — it’s a leap forward. You’ll be someone who’s:

A proven biller or team leader in one or more of the following sectors: Engineering, Construction, Energy, Renewables, or wider STEM markets
*
A natural leader, comfortable building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams
*
Commercially sharp, data-driven, and always thinking about long-term scalability and sustainable success
*
A hands-on operator — the type who leads by example, especially when it comes to delivery and client engagement
*
Values-led, driven to do recruitment the right way, and excited to work for a purpose-led B-Corp
