Job Description
Are you an experienced Doctor's Receptionist?
If you are immediately available, we are looking for an experienced receptionist to work in a busy doctor's surgery based in North Hertfordshire ..
Immediate start until the end of September 2025.
Hours Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting patients when they arrive.
Managing patient appointments of SystmOne - scheduling, reconfirming and cancelling.
Answering the telephone, scheduling appointments and direct calls when appropriate to other members of staff.
Handling patient enquiries
Some basic data entry, photocopying and scanning of documents, filing of patient records and maintaining an orderly system.
Plus, other ad hoc duties when required.
Candidate Specification:
You must have experience using SystmOne and have worked previously in the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Diplomatic and respectful team player.
Be immediately available and able to commute to the North Herts area.
