The client, a long established and growing engineering distributorship are seeking a Document Controller to work from their offices in Avonmouth.
You will join a friendly team in this organisation which is also part of larger group of companies.
Hours of work 8.00-4.00 Mon-Fri
You will manage and organise both electronic and hard copy documents, ensuring their accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
You may have prior experience working as a Document Controller, OR have worked in senior administration within an engineering/manufacturing environment OR be highly proficient with all Microsoft Office Packages.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Filing Documents
* Tracking Documents
* Maintaining version control
* Ensuring documents comply with relevant regulations and standards
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems and office software, in particular the Microsoft suite of packages.
