Job Description

Document Controller - Full Time – Based on site in Windsor on a large hotel refurbishment project

Our client is established in the Suth East, and they are looking for a Document Controller to help present a project in Windsor, Berkshire.

Day-to-day Duties:

  * 

    Site Based

  * 

    Managing design information

  * 

    Filing system through sharepoint

  * 

    Drawing control

  * 

    Order logging / procurement tracking

  * 

    Management of company and project documentation

  * 

    Maintaining and improving document control procedure

  * 

    Ensure all documents meet formal requirements and requirements standards

  * 

    Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
