Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all project documentation using platforms such as Viewpoint or similar EDMS systems.
* Ensure all drawings, specifications, RFIs and project correspondence are accurately uploaded, distributed and maintained.
* Maintain document control procedures and ensure compliance across projects.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure document workflows are followed.
* Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate records and audit trails.
* Support project managers and site teams with administrative and documentation requirements.
* Produce reports on document status and project progress.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
