Document Controller
Digbeth, Birmingham
An established subcontractor specialising in reinforced concrete and civil engineering is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a key project in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, well-regarded organisation with a strong track record of delivering major UK projects. You'll be part of a supportive, hands-on team in a sociable and energetic site environment - perfect for someone who values long-term security, consistency, and being part of a company that genuinely values its people.
Key responsibilities include:
•
Uploading/downloading drawings using Fieldview and 4P
•
General administrative and filing duties
•
Collating weekly time sheets
•
Preparing weekly safety packs and plant check documentation
What we’re looking for:
•
Prior experience in a site-based document control or admin role within a construction / civil / engineering department
•
Familiarity with Fieldview and/or 4Projects
•
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
