Due to their continued success, they are now looking to add a Document Controller to the existing Quality Management team based in Burton.
Key Responsibilities

Communication and Collaboration:
* Liaising with project teams and stakeholders to ensure document requirements are met.
* Communicating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily available.
* Providing support and training on document management systems
*
Document Management:
* Maintaining document control registers and databases.
* Ensuring documents are filed correctly and are easily retrievable.
* Creating and managing document templates.
* Converting information into user-friendly documents.
* Receiving, distributing, and tracking documents, both physical and electronic.

General Administrative Tasks:
* Scanning, copying, and distributing documents.
* Archiving and disposing of documents according to company policies.
* Maintaining accurate records and action lists.
* Assisting with the preparation of documents for audits.
* Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using document management systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, engineering, etc.) can be beneficial.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices for document management
