Job Description
Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Document Controller for a well-known client in the East End of Glasgow. It is a permanent contract and they are looking for someone to start immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships and can work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Document Controller, you’ll be responsible for collating and amending documents, ensuring strong communication between departments and customers, and showcasing strong administrative and IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and check documentation to ensure client requirements are met.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and staff and record information accurately.
* Deliver documentation packages to customers and internal staff in a timely manner.
* Ensure all documentation is logged correctly.
* To provide support to customers under the direction of Management.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
* Comply with all company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
* To be able to work independently and with others.
* To have strong organisational skills.
* To have a good level of IT skills
* To be enthusiastic, hard working and can work well as part of a team.
