Are you an experienced Document Controller looking to work with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a high-profile project in Stevenage? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic site team, with the flexibility to work from Central London once a week.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution across the site and head office teams. This role is pivotal in supporting project delivery and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Asite, 4Projects)
* Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and correctly filed
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Support audits and compliance checks
* Weekly travel to Central London for coordination meetings
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction
* Familiarity with Tier 1 contractor environments
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in document control platforms
* Able to commute to Stevenage daily and Central London weekly
