Job Description
Ridgeway & Co are partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit a Document Controller to join their busy delivery team in London. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to manage project documentation across multiple high-profile schemes and contribute to the smooth running of complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence
*
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, properly filed, and accessible to the project team
*
Coordinate document distribution between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
*
Support compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
*
Assist with reporting and record-keeping to support project delivery
*
Monitor and track document revisions, approvals, and version control
*
Provide administrative support to the project team as required
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Document Controller within a construction or engineering environment
*
Strong understanding of document control processes and best practices
*
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar)
*
