You will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation using Asite and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and control all project documentation using Asite and SharePoint
* Ensure documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and accessible
* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth document flow
* Maintain document registers and trackers
* Support audits and compliance checks
* Provide training and support to team members on document control systems
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction projects
* Proficiency in Asite and SharePoint
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
