I’m working with a leading multi-disciplinary specialist contractor delivering building services, construction, facilities management, and MEP solutions across the UK and Ireland. They are now seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the team on-site at Royal Surrey County Hospital to ensure seamless management of project documentation and data.
Role Overview
As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of documentation, supporting project delivery and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also take ownership of data analysis and reporting, creating clear visual insights that drive informed decision-making across the project team.
Key Responsibilities

Document Management: Coordinate, track, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility across multi-disciplinary teams.
*
Technical Support: Manage drawings, technical documents, and handover/O&M manuals to support project completion.
*
Administration: Provide support with contractor timesheets, site inductions, and general office coordination.
*
Data & Reporting: Analyse project data, producing visual reports and dashboards to support senior management and project leads.
About You
*
Proven experience in document control within construction, MEP or a related technical environment.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
*
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative project team.
*
Committable to being based on-site in Guildford
