Promote survivor voice, develop feedback mechanisms, and ensure safety-focused, anti-racist practice
Help develop staff confidence in holding perpetrators accountable in a survivor-informed way
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing projects or quality assurance frameworks
Strong understanding of domestic abuse, safeguarding, and trauma-informed approaches
Ability to lead staff development, deliver training, and coordinate multi-agency initiatives
Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
Confident in using Microsoft 365 and case management systems
