Position: Gas Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire / Cambridgeshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We're seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join our client, a well-established heating services provider operating throughout parts of Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, typically within 30 miles of Royston.

The Domestic Gas Engineer will be carrying out servicing and breakdowns on domestic gas boilers and appliances in private residential properties. A minimum of five years' experience in this field is required, along with up-to-date ACS Domestic Gas qualifications. The domestic gas engineer must living within patch. E.g. within circa 45 mins of Royston.

In addition to the Domestic Gas Engineer skillset, it would be highly advantageous for candidates to have experience with domestic heat pumps, including servicing, breakdowns, or installations. With the company continuing to grow and expand into renewable technologies, this additional expertise would be welcomed.

Domestic Gas Engineer Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years+ carrying out servicing and repairs, on domestic boilers.
Up to date, ACS Domestic Gas qualifications
Based within commutable distance of Royston, ideally within 45mins or so.
Full UK driving license
Domestic Gas Engineer Salary & Benefits

£40,000 - £45,000
20 days holiday plus bank holiday - increasing with service
Overtime rate paid 1.5x & 2x
No out of hours call out rota
Company Van with fuel - limited personal use available
