Branch Manager – Domiciliary Care (Lowestoft)
An established and well-performing domiciliary care branch in Lowestoft is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow the service. The branch has strong local demand, a stable and dedicated team, and solid foundations with clear opportunities for further development.

Reports to: Operations Manager / Regional Operations Director
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a positive culture and supporting professional development
Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours operational cover and acting as escalation lead for emergencies, safeguarding, and service continuity
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination
Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and effective risk management
Build strong relationships within the community, conduct assessments, handle concerns, and promote services
Manage branch performance, including budget oversight, KPI monitoring, and identifying growth opportunitiesAbout You
Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting (essential)
Strong business acumen with a drive to develop and grow the service
Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
Effective leadership and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
