Domiciliary Care Manager
Salary for Domiciliary Care Manager role : £44,000k - £48,000 per annum
Remedicare have a new exciting career opportunity become available with one of our most successful care providers in the country, we are recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Manager. This role is all about making sure the environment meets a high standard and initiate a proactive schedule of future works.
The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience and ideally have worked in a similar environment. My client is considering candidates who have 2 years manager experience within a home care branch.

Key requirements for Domiciliary Care Manager Role
* Two years previous experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager level is essential
* NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification, or willing to work towards
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
* Have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards
* Full UK Drivign Licence
* Experience runninng an elderly and Dementia home
Brief job responsibilities for Domiciliary Care ManagerRole
* Must have strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure high standards of care and business efficiency
* Ability to prepare monthly reports collected for the Board of Directors and the Care Quality Commission
* Good communication skills are essential to liaise with the residents’ families, friends, GP, community nurses, specialist, pharmacists, local authorities, local councils, voluntary bodies and any other associations related to the care for the elderly
