JOB DESCRIPTION:
A permanent Domiciliary Care Branch Manager post has become available for a reputable elderly care provider in Lowestoft.
* £42,5000 with excellent performance-related bonus
* Paid breaks
* Running a new domiciliary care branch!
* Nursing and dementia care to the elderly
* Immediate interviews
The successful Domiciliary Care Manager candidate will be required to plan and implementing the highest quality of care to the branch’s elderly homecare clients, some of who may suffer with dementia. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of care staff and for setting up and developing the business. Good communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• You must have previous experience in this role
• Excellent communication skills
• Must hold NVQ4 as a minimum
• Excellent working knowledge of CQC guidelines and regulations
• Strong business acumen
• Passion for elderly / dementia care
