Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting clients with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
* Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
* Assisting with meal preparation and medication support
* Promoting independence and dignity at all times
* Following tailored care plans and keeping accurate records
* Communicating clearly with families and healthcare professionals
* Working in line with company policies, procedures, and manager instructions
* Travelling to clients’ homes—a car and valid driving licence are essential We Are Looking For:

* Experience in care (preferred, but not essential—we provide full training)
* A patient, kind, and compassionate attitude
* Willingness to work towards an NVQ in Health and Social Care (if not already achieved)
* Strong communication skills and good spoken/written English
* Basic IT skills for record-keeping
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
