The Role:
Set up and lead a new domiciliary care branch
Ensure CQC compliance and safe delivery of care
Recruit, train, and manage a team of care professionals
Build strong community links and generate new business
Work closely with senior leadership to drive performanceWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar role
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Excellent understanding of CQC standards
A passion for quality care and service growth
