The Role:
Launch and manage a new domiciliary care service from the ground up
Oversee day-to-day care operations and compliance with CQC standards
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing care team
Build strong relationships with local authorities and clients
Drive growth and meet performance-based KPIsWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience in domiciliary care management or deputy-level roles
Strong leadership and business development skills
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Deep understanding of CQC regulations and service compliance
