Are you a Drama Graduate, Actor, or Performing Arts student looking to inspire young people while keeping your creativity alive? We're recruiting now for Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Swindon from September 2025 (and beyond).
This is a fantastic chance to use your performance and communication skills to make a real difference in education-whether through building confidence, engaging pupils in learning, or bringing creativity into the classroom.
We work with Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in Swindon, where Drama graduates consistently thrive: your ability to adapt, engage, and connect makes you a natural role model for young learners.

✅ Experience in acting, performance, or drama/musical workshops
✅ Enthusiasm for working with children and young people
✅ Availability at least one day per week (08:30-15:30) in a school setting
✅ Willingness to support teachers and pupils beyond drama activities
Highly desirable:
⭐ Experience supporting young people with SEND or mental health needs
⭐ Background in workshops, youth work, or education settings
As a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, you will:
Build rapport and inspire confidence in pupils
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
