Drama Teacher - Daventry
Full-Time - Starting ASAP or January 2026
Are you a passionate Drama Teacher ready to inspire creativity, confidence, and self-expression in young people?
Would you love to share your enthusiasm for theatre and performance with students in the Daventry area?
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and committed Drama Teachers to join secondary schools across Daventry on a full-time basis, starting ASAP or January 2026. You'll deliver engaging and imaginative Drama lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop acting, stagecraft, and teamwork skills while fostering a genuine love for the performing arts.
In this role, you'll have opportunities to lead school productions, run drama clubs and workshops, and bring creativity to every aspect of school life. Our partner schools offer supportive environments, excellent facilities, and strong performing arts departments that value the importance of creative expression.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Drama across secondary age groups
A creative and engaging teaching style with excellent classroom management
A passion for helping students build confidence, collaboration, and communication skills
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) welcome - full support and mentoring provided
