Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-5
Support the development of the Drama curriculum, ensuring engaging and inclusive content
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies
Collaborate with colleagues in the Creative Arts department to promote cross-curricular learning
Participate in school duties, parent meetings, and scheduled staff events
Use digital tools, including Microsoft Teams, for lesson delivery and pastoral support
Contribute to school life, including extracurricular clubs, productions, or eventsIdeal Candidate Profile:
Holds QTS and a degree in Drama or a related subject
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for Performing Arts
Confident teaching Drama up to A Level
Well-organised, enthusiastic, and committed to student progress
