Salary: £30,000 – £46,525 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
A creative and inclusive secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for a passionate Drama Teacher to lead engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. The school places a strong emphasis on the arts and encourages students to develop confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through performance and theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and imaginative Drama lessons to students in Years 7–11
Prepare students for GCSE Drama, including practical and written components
Organise and support school productions, theatre visits, and drama clubs
Collaborate with colleagues across the arts faculty to enhance the creative curriculum
Requirements:
QTS and a specialism in Drama or Performing Arts
Experience teaching Drama in secondary settings
Passionate about developing students' confidence, creativity, and communication skills
