Job Description:
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and imaginative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Foster a classroom environment that encourages self-expression, collaboration, and creative risk-taking
Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future planning
Inspire students to explore dramatic techniques, performance styles, and theatrical history
Contribute to the wider school community through school productions, enrichment activities, and cross-curricular projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
Be a reflective, innovative, and student-focused practitioner
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
Possess excellent subject knowledge, communication, and organisational skills
Be passionate about continuous professional development and collaborative working
