Job Role: Draughtsperson
Location: Loughborough
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a well-established engineering business, who are looking for an experienced Draughtsperson to join their team.
Job Duties:
Produce drawings and 3D models of architectural and structural steel components
Use Tekla to model structures
Create CNC data for production
Materials scheduling for procurement
Working closely with the Project & Contract Managers
Produce information packs
Collaborate with third parties such as clients, architects and engineers
Producing Marking Plans for site erection packs
Job Requirements:
Competent with Tekla software packages
2+ years' experience as a minimum
Experience working with structural, secondary and architectural steelwork
Understand building regulations and housebuilding is essential
Salary & Shift:
£37,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:45pm & Friday 7:45am - 2:15pm
