Job Title: Drill Press Operator
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Drill Press Operator to join our team in Evesham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating press machinery, carrying out drilling/tapping, general assembly, packing, and performing in-process quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate drill press and related machinery safely and efficiently.
Carry out duties such as machine operation, assembly, and packing as directed by the Production Manager.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
Adhere to all Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines on site.
Maintain good housekeeping standards, ensuring equipment is kept clean and in safe working order.
Report any unsafe operations immediately to the Production Manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in press-based processes is essential.
Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
Good communication skills and reliability.
