Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: £12.21 per hour (40 hours per week)
Contract: Temp to Perm

Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mobile Cleaners. A full, manual driving is essential as a company van is provided.
What We Offer:
* £12.21 per hour
* Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine cleaning using a variety of equipment.
* Ensure communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells and corridors are clean.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
* Maintain a log of all tasks completed and any issues that arise.
* Drive the company van to various locations and ensure it is kept clean and tidy.
* Liaise with residents and clients to address any concerns.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as Cleaner or a similar role is an advantage.
* A valid UK driving license is required.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good communication skills and being a friendly, approachable person.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
