Job Description
RG Set Square are proud to represent a leading social housing contractor covering over 13,000 properties across the Kent areas, They require a Driver Labourer to Operate across the Tunbridge Wells area.
Duties include:
Operating a clearance vehicle, loading and unloading of material
Removing contents from void addresses and tipping this at the waste management site
Performing cleaning duties on a void property, to assist the management team
Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices
Affording excellent customer service to client representatives
Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner
Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times
Operating within the company's occupational road risk policies and proceduresThis role is paying £31,000 per year, van and fuel card supplied, 21 days holiday + Bank Holiday's.
You will require previous labouring experience and experience of driving a van.
