Driver Trainer (HGV Class 1) - Nights

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Car Allowance
Location: North West (Liverpool, Runcorn & Manchester)
Hours: Nights (Start times between 4pm-7pm)

We're looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver Trainer to join a leading international logistics business. If you're passionate about developing drivers, improving safety and ensuring compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Deliver JAUPT-approved Driver CPC training.
Carry out on-road driver assessments and coaching.
Deliver engaging classroom training sessions.
Promote safe, fuel-efficient driving and best practice.
Support Transport Managers with driver development and compliance.
Complete electronic training records and assessment reports.

What We're Looking For

Experienced HGV Class 1 Driver Trainer.
Strong knowledge of transport and distribution operations.
Experience delivering Driver CPC training and driver assessments.
Excellent coaching and communication skills.
Good IT skills and confident using electronic reporting systems.
Full UK HGV Class 1 licence.
