Location – Cumbernauld
£12.21 per hour

TM Scotland East Kilbride & Glasgow are excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Cumbernauld.
TaskMaster are looking for experienced Drivers Mates to add to the team on a flexible basis working any day between Monday to Sunday.
As a driver’s mate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our clients products. Working alongside experienced drivers, you’ll assist in the safe loading and unloading heavy goods, ensuring that deliveries reach their destination in a timely manner.
What do we require for our client to be considered for the role as a drivers mate?
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential due to the start times
* Flexibility due to the role being any 4 days of the week
* Can work well both individually and within a team
* A reference from a previous employer within the last 2 years
* DBS Check / Scotland Disclosure

What will your duties and responsibilities be as a Drivers Mate?
* Assist with the safe loading and unloading of heavy goods
* Ensuring efficient delivery from point A to B.
* Handling approximately 6 to 15 drops per day
* Competent in the safe operation of deliveries
* Working 9 to 10 hours per day, sometimes up to 12 depending on deliveries
